Dynamic 2/4 way : 

 

 

Day 1

 

Qualification rounds -

 

3 x speed rounds flying against everyone.
1 x 1 minute Free round.

 

Day 2

 

Knock out Tournament -

 

If you do not qualify for the quarter finals you will battle your full free routine for final ranking. Dependant on team numbers will determine how many other rounds you fly. All team will battle until their final ranking is achieved. 

 

Quarter finals = 1 x 1 minute Free routine

Semi Final = 1 x 1 minute Free routine.

Final = 2 x Speed rounds. If a tie 1 more Speed round.

Key changes to the divepool are :

 

If flying as the current videos, the changes are as follows:

 

1) The first snake now starts on the sideline left of the door.
To start the snakes, from the door you have to fly to the other side of the tunnel and then start the snakes. (HD in face carve to the left shoulder , HU inface carve to the right shoulder)

 

2) All head up snakes now cross the last sideline in the Head up position.

 

3) Links from Head down snakes to verticals - 

Once you have crossed the last line of the snake you continue to carve to the other side of the tunnel and then perform the verticals.

 

4) Links from Head up snakes to verticals - 

Once you have crossed the last line in the Head up position fly forward to the other side of the tunnel performing a half layout to head down… then continue with the verticals.

 

5) At the end of ALL the mixers you do NOT cross each other. 

This will make you fly the each page in the other direction. Its easier then it sounds grin emoticon
Flier one just remember when starting the snake to fly away from flier two and this will make you do the second page in the correct direction without any thought.

If the link is from a mixer to a Head down snake. At the end of the mixer you continue to carve to the other side of the tunnel then start the snakes. (All snakes on every page start on the sideline left to the door)

 

6) If the link is from a mixer to Head up snake you continue an extra half eagle to the other side of the tunnel and then start the snake… do not cross.( this will make the snakes start on the sideline left to the door) 

 

7) For mixers - HD inface circles, HD Shuffler, Reverse mix circles - if you are linking to a HU snake then do not perform a bottom loop at the end of the mixer , you can continue like a normal layout back into Head up.

 

8) Once you have finished the 3rd page you do a complete full in face carve to the original positions and then exit the tunnel ( cross both sidelines and centre lines)

If a head up snake round - once you have finished the 3rd page and are head up about the start a snake again you carve only half the tunnel and then exit. ( crossing only the side line once , flier two crossing centre line and side line)

 

 

New flying patterns..

 

Snakes
Head Up mix inface snake - This is the same as a Mix snake but you start in Head up first go to head down and finish in Head up.

 

Verticals
Head up 360 - perform a back layout, but when you are Head up during the layout perform a 360 degree turn. 
 

 

Mixers
reverse mix circles - This is the same as mix circles but perform the Head up outface circle first and then the Head down in face circle second. make sure you pass through the centre of the tunnel on both parts.
